Use the Ride Request Form on this site to submit your details, call/text (773) 599-1085, or send an email to velvetwatergroup@gmail.com . After receiving your request, I’ll follow up directly to confirm availability, provide a quote, and finalize your ride.
2. When are you available?
Rides are available by request and based on availability. I recommend submitting your ride request at least 24–48 hours in advance for the best chance of securing your preferred time — especially for early mornings or late evenings.
Once your ride is confirmed, I’ll send you a payment link or instructions. Payments can be made via Zelle, Cash App, or credit/debit card. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at or before the time of service
Yes, I do! Just note that wait time will be factored into your final quote. Be sure to mention your return needs when completing the request form.
The earlier, the better. I recommend:
Airport rides: At least 48 hours in advance
Daily/weekly commutes: 1–2 weeks in advance for regular scheduling
One-time rides/events: Ideally 72 hours in advance to ensure availability
Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on my schedule.
Cancellation Terms:
Cancel 48+ hours ahead → Full refund
Cancel 24–48 hours ahead → 50% refund
Cancel less than 24 hours or no-show → Deposit non-refundable

Airport departures: Pickups are scheduled 2.5 to 3 hours before domestic flights, and 3.5 to 4 hours before international flights, depending on your location and time of day.
Work commutes: You’ll be picked up to arrive 15–20 minutes before your start time, accounting for traffic.
Events or appointments: Pickups are scheduled to get you there 15–30 minutes early.
Airport pickups (arrivals): I track your flight and coordinate directly once you land for smooth pickup.
